Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Use Of Java Jazz Festival Ticket

1. Ticket is a valid only if it is purchased with the procedure that has been determined which is online purchase through electronic transactions on the official website www.javajazzfestival.com or online ticket box appointed by the Organizer;

2. Purchasers only legally entitled to print the ticket one time for each ticket purchased, duplicating of the tickets are not allowed and is illegal;

3. Ticket valid for admission to the venue for one person;

4. Ticket uses barcodes and apply for one-time use for one person;

5. Ticket with barcodes that have been used previously can not be used again;

6. Organizer reserves the right to take action to prohibit entry to the venue on the ticket with barcode that have been used previously by others;

7. Organizer reserves the right to process and litigate in accordance with Indonesian regulations either in civil or criminal proceedings against people who get tickets in ways that are not valid, including but not limited to counterfeiting or copying a valid ticket or get a ticket in a way that do not match those specified by the Organizer as in item (a) of this provision;

8. Organizer is not responsible for negligence of the ticket purchaser that resulted in the purchaser’s ticket fell to the hands of others (in the mastery of others) to be used as an admission that eliminates the ticket buyer from entering the venue;

9. Tickets are not exchangeable and non-refundable;

10. Purchaser hereby agree to release the organizers from legal claims through the courts or any means permitted by law in the event of cancellation of a concert that was made unilaterally by the artist or the government or other causes beyond the capacity and will of the Organizer;

11. When there is a cancellation of the event, tickets can be refunded in accordance with organizer’s stipulation.

12. Prohibited from bringing any food and drink into the show;

13. Prohibited from taking and using any kind of illegal drugs;

14. Prohibited from carrying firearms and knife and all items that are restricted by national regulations in the venue;

15. Prohibited from bringing cameras and video cameras in some selected shows;

16. Organizer does not provide care goods and not responsible in the event of loss;

17. Organizer reserves the right to prohibit purchaser to enter the venue in the event if the purchaser did not have a valid ticket;

18. Organizer is entitled to remove the audience from the venue show if it is deemed necessary for safety;

19. One or some stages are sponsored by tobacco company and therefore audience below 18 years old or pregnant woman are not allowed to enter the show.
